We plan and build your Cold Runner individual. So we are able to customise your production process tailored to your needs.

 

The Addons are available for both distributor systems.

Shutt off Nozzle:

Shut off nozzle cold runner, available as closed or separable
system. You save sprue waste by a direct sprueless injection of
the part. Also you save the removal of the sprue.

The PETA needle shut off system provides an excellent thermal
separation between tool and cold runner.

Multi-Component System

Our multi-component system is an indispensable help for multicomponent
injection molding. We provide you with separated
temperature control of the various mixtures in blocks and nozzles

Adjustable

Using mechanical gap adjustment, the adjustable cold runner
enables different injection volumes per nozzle.
